Why didn't my order process?
If you do not complete the final step through Pay-Pal we cannot complete your order. If you have any specific questions e-mail Info@BruiserBaits.com
Why can't I have a "_____" color bait? Why can't I get your frog in black?
You can get any one of our baits in any color you would like. Please send an e-mail to info@bruiserbaits.com telling us what you would like and we will get in contact with you as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy, or there are problems with the quality of your baits, please contact us at info@bruiserbaits.com and we will do as much as we can to make sure you are pleased.
How long will my custom order take?
Depending on the size of the order, it will take 24-48 hours till we ship out the order.
What shipping company do you use?
We use USPS for our shipping. The Priority Flat Rate Boxes/Envelopes are the fastest, most effective way to ship the baits.
When should I expect my order?
Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Your order should arrive in 3-5 business days.
